The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) describedin this PI.
Condition/ConcernSome customers may complain of various concerns when using Bluetooth components. Itis important to understand that the operational characteristics and functionalityof Bluetooth can vary with each component, software level, and service provider. Asa result, it is very important to gather as many details as possible when diagnosingany Bluetooth concern.
Important:If the customer is having concerns with a specific Bluetooth device, it will mostlikely be necessary to have them leave the device with the vehicle so that the systemcan be properly diagnosed.
Recommendation/InstructionsNotice:GM Technical Assistance may ask any of the following questions if a technician callsthem with a Bluetooth complaint so it is helpful to have the answers to these questionsbefore calling GM Technical Assistance.

Which service provider does the customer’s device use-
What software version is installed on the device-
