The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) describedin this PI.
Condition/ConcernA customer may report they are not able to connect to OnStar on blue button and emergencykey could be inoperative. A customer may also report OVD (diagnostic email), remotecommands, and Remote Link failures.
The customers GAA (OnStar) account may show current and configured but the vehiclecould have disabled numbers stored in the hardware.
The customer may be directed by OnStar to Dealership for assistance. The customermay provide a letter or mention of this PI specifically.
Recommendation/InstructionsPlease record module info per the latest version of PIC4310 and call GM TechnicalAssistance (GM TAC) for assistance. Reference PIC5904 when calling GM TAC.
