Caution:Refer toTorque Reaction Against Timing Drive Chain Caution.

Use an open wrench on the hex cast into the camshaft in orderto prevent engine rotation when loosening the camshaft positionactuator bolt.Remove the left intake camshaft position actuatorbolt-(1).Remove the left intake camshaft positionactuator-(2).Remove the camshaft thrust washer ifapplicable-(3).
